From time to time we all can use a reminder to help us achieve our goals. In order to help you stay on track you can now
send yourself an email to remind yourself to do those things that will help you obtain your health goals.

HOW IT WORKS
Listed below are three columns for you to click on.

Column One - Query List
Choose and Click any of the reminders listed in the first column

Column Two - Time Sent
Choose a time and day that you would want the email reminder sent to you

Column Three - Email Address
Type in the email address that you want the reminder sent to you.
**All email address are kept in strict confidence

Choose as many reminders that you need.
Your email will be sent to you with "Health and Fitness Reminder" in the Subject Line
